گفتوگۆی ئەمرۆمان بەبۆنەى سەردانیکردنى (مادلن سادلەر) گەورە جیگری بەڕیوبەری ئای ئاڕ سی(دەیڤد میلباند) بوو کە لە درێژەی سەردانیکردنی بۆ رۆژهەلاتی ناوەراست سەردانی عیراقیشی کرد. گفتوگۆکەمان (لە بارەى بەربەستەکانى بەردەم ژنان لە شوێنى کاردا) بوو، گفتوگۆى زۆرمانکرد لەسەر ئەوەی کە چۆن بتوانین بەکردار دەستکارى ژینگەى کار بکەین بۆ پاراستنى شکۆى ژنان و کارکردنی ژن و پیاو پێکەوە لە ژینگەیەکی تەندروستدا. ژنان بەردەوام دوچاری دەست دریژی و هەراسانکردنی سێکسی ئەبنەوە لە شوێنی کاردا و داتاکان لەسەر ئاستی جیهان مەترسی ئەم دۆخە پشت راست ئەکەنەوە و گرفتی گەورەش بێدەنگی و ترسی ژنانە لەقسەکردن لەسەر ئەم مەترسییە جیهانییە. ماوەی سالێکە خۆبەخشانە لەپاڵ کارەکەی خۆمدا وەک پاڵەوانی یەکسانی جێندەری لە ڕێکخراوی ئای ئاڕ سی بۆ دروستکردنی ژینگەیەکی پاریزراو بۆ ژنان کارئەکەم. چونکە رام وایە یەکێک لە هۆکارەکانى خراپى دۆخى ژنان پەیوەندى بە ئابوریى و کارەوە هەیە هەر بۆیە کاتى ئەوەهاتوە لەم هەشتى مارسەوە بەیەکەوە کار بۆ دروستکردنی ژینگەیەکی شکۆمەند بۆ کارکردنی پیکەوەیی ژن و پیاو بکەین.

We are supposed to work for creating a healthy environment for women more than ever.

Today’s dialogue arranged because of visit of Madlin Saddler; Senior Vice President- Operations and Strategy-IRC, after traveling the Middle East, she traveled to Iraq too. Our dialogue was about the barriers women are facing in the working place, we talked in depth about how we can take actions towards changing the working environment for keeping women’s dignity and for men and women to work together in a healthy environment. Women face abuse and sexual harassment all the time in their work place, and the collection of data around the world about this topic proves how scary this situation is. The biggest problem we face about this issue is women’s silence and fear about the consequences if they are raising their voice. It’s been a year that I am volunteering as Gender Equality Champion with IRC to work for gender equality and to create a dignified and safe environment for women. The time has come for us from 8th of March to create safe and dignified working environment in for both men and women.
